Texting terms

The rules for text messages from AAA-KWD Lock & Key. They're short because we don't send much.

What we text

Texts from us are only about a service request you made. There are two kinds: a confirmation that we got your request and will call, and a follow-up if we miss your call or can't reach you. That's it. No offers, no reminders, no marketing.

How you opt in

You opt in by calling or texting us yourself about a job, or by ticking the box on our request form that says it's OK to text you. The box is unticked unless you tick it. If you leave it unticked we only call.

How often

Expect up to three texts for each request you make. No texts come on a schedule, and nothing comes if you haven't contacted us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts; your phone plan might.

To stop

Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. You'll get one text confirming you're unsubscribed and nothing after that. We'll still call you about an open request. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers

Phone carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a text doesn't reach you, we'll call.

Your information

What we collect and what we do with it is in our privacy policy. In short: we don't sell or share your opt-in data or phone number with third parties for their marketing.
